At 40nine, we want you to love your new timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn watches in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original 40nine box, ensuring all protective films and tags are still attached to the product.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned watch, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
